Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry jam

Method
 

  1. Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar; press into pan; bake 10 mins; cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; add vanilla.
  3. Whip cream; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread over cooled crust; spread strawberry jam (if using) top with strawberries.
  5. Chill 2 hours; slice and serve.
