Method
- Wash strawberries and dry them completely with a towel.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and oil in a microwave safe bowl in short bursts, stirring each time.
- Hold strawberries by the leaves and dip into melted chocolate.
- Place dipped strawberries on the parchment lined tray.
- Add toppings if desired while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes until the chocolate becomes firm.
