Peanut Butter Mousse

This Peanut Butter Mousse Recipe is light, creamy, and packed with rich peanut butter flavor. It’s an Easy Peanut Butter Dessert that requires no baking and comes together in just a few minutes. Perfect as a stand-alone treat, a Peanut Butter Mousse Filling, or a layered parfait!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
  • Chocolate shavings crushed peanuts, whipped cream

Method
 

Step 1: Whip the Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2: Mix the Peanut Butter
  1. In another bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3: Fold It Together
  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
Step 4: Chill
  1. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed peanuts.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, swap heavy cream for chilled coconut cream.
  • Use crunchy peanut butter if you like more texture.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for a frozen mousse treat!
