Ingredients
  

Crust:
  • 25 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
Filling:
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
Topping:
  • 6-7 Oreo cookies crushed

Method
 

Make the Crust
  1. Crush 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor or ziplock bag.
  2. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Refrigerate while making the filling.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
Make the Pudding Layer
  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thick.
  2. Let it sit for a few minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
Add Final Layer
  1. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
  2. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos for decoration.
Chill & Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Want a frozen treat? Freeze for 30 minutes for an ice cream-like texture.
