Method
Make the Crust
- Crush 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor or ziplock bag.
- Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Refrigerate while making the filling.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
Make the Pudding Layer
- Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thick.
- Let it sit for a few minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
Add Final Layer
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos for decoration.
Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
