Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango curd
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Chill the heavy cream and mixing bowl before starting for best results
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream into a bowl and whip until soft peaks form
  3. In another bowl, mix condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth
  4. Add mango curd to the mixture and stir until fully combined
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture in batches
  6. Continue folding slowly until the mixture is smooth and airy
  7. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and spread evenly
  8. Cover and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm
  9. Let sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving

Notes

  • Use full fat cream for the creamiest texture
  • Do not over mix after adding whipped cream
  • Freeze overnight for best results
  • Store in an airtight container to keep fresh
