Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest about 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional A drop or two of yellow food coloring
  • Optional Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

Step 1: Melt the Base
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  2. Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. (Alternative: Melt over low heat using a double boiler on the stovetop.)
Step 2: Add the Lemon Flavor
  1. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. If using food coloring, add a drop or two and mix until evenly combined.
Step 3: Pour and Chill
  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pour fudge mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Step 4: Slice and Serve
  1. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper.
  2. Cut into small squares.
  3. (Optional) Dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
