Ingredients

  • 12 oz 340g white chocolate chips or white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups 100g mini marshmallows
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of salt
  • Mix-ins of choice — sprinkles M&Ms, crushed candy canes, or dried cranberries (optional)

Method

  1. Prep pan: Line a loaf pan with wax or parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides. Scatter any bottom mix-ins now.
  2. Melt: Combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 60 seconds.
  3. Add marshmallows: Add mini marshmallows and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  4. Stir smooth: Add vanilla and salt. Stir until completely smooth. Work quickly.
  5. Pour: Pour into the pan immediately. Add toppings and press in gently.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Slice: Lift out, peel paper, and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Work quickly after stirring — white chocolate fudge sets faster than other fudge
  • Store in the fridge — this fudge goes very soft at room temperature
  • Use good-quality white chocolate for the best flavor and texture
  • Keeps in the fridge up to 2 weeks; freeze up to 1 month with parchment between layers
