Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups strawberries chopped
  • 2 cups rhubarb chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  3. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add melted butter and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle topping over fruit.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
