Easy S’mores Cups

These s’mores cups are a quick no bake dessert made with graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows layered in small cups. They are perfect for parties, gatherings, or simple sweet cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into dessert cups to form crust.
  2. Melt chocolate chips until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Spoon chocolate over crust layer in each cup.
  4. Add mini marshmallows on top of chocolate layer.
  5. Heat in oven or under broiler until marshmallows are golden and soft.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Best served warm for gooey texture
  • Do not over-toast marshmallows
  • Can be made ahead and reheated slightly before serving
