Method
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into dessert cups to form crust.
- Melt chocolate chips until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Spoon chocolate over crust layer in each cup.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of chocolate layer.
- Heat in oven or under broiler until marshmallows are golden and soft.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Best served warm for gooey texture
- Do not over-toast marshmallows
- Can be made ahead and reheated slightly before serving
