Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey or sugar optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Place frozen peaches into a blender. This forms the cold, fruity base of the smoothie.
  2. Pour milk over the peaches. Add yogurt to create a creamy and smooth texture.
  3. Add honey or sugar for sweetness if needed. Pour in vanilla extract for added flavor depth.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and fully smooth with no chunks remaining.
  5. Add ice cubes if you want a colder or thicker smoothie. Blend again until fully combined.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best taste and texture.
