Blend Everything
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
Make It Smooth
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed. No lumps allowed!
Taste & Adjust
- Check for sweetness. If you want it sweeter or richer, add a little extra maple syrup or cocoa powder. Blend again if needed.
Chill (Optional)
- For a thicker mousse, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. But if you’re impatient (like me), you can eat it right away.
Add Toppings & Enjoy
- Spoon into bowls, add your favorite toppings, and dig in!
