Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube (16 oz) chocolate chip cookie dough 16 oz
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare a campfire with hot coals and steady heat.
  2. Grease a cast iron skillet with butter.
  3. Press cookie dough evenly into the skillet.
  4. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
  5. Place skillet over the fire and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove when edges are golden and center is soft. Torch the marshmallows if possible
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
