- Wash and prepare strawberries. Remove stems.
- Peel and slice the banana into small pieces.
- Add strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend on low speed first, then increase speed until smooth.
- Check the consistency and add more milk if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if required.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

- Frozen strawberries create a thicker smoothie
- Skip honey if the fruit is naturally sweet
